Very disappointed with my over-priced travel mug!! If you don't put the lid on EXACTLY RIGHT (which is NOT easy to do)...you'll have a big mess. Feels weird in your hand--not a natural feeling like the other travel mugs I've used. Needless to say it is collecting dust in my cabinet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the same issue with leaking as some of the other reviewers had. I just called Keurig and they replaced it at no charge. Great company and they will take care of you if you get a defective one. Can't recommend because the product seems inconsistent but giving 3 stars for customer service.

Don't usually have problems with taste of coffee but this definitely had the after taste.

Horrible Chemical Taste From Lid

I have two of these unusable travel mugs that have the same chemical taste through the lids. I soaked them in vinegar, ran them through the dishwasher and cleaned them with three different dishwashing soaps and the bad taste won't go away.
Pros: None
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, No Handle, Bad Chemical Taste

This is my least favorite travel mug, and I use one every day. The coffee stays so hot that I burn my mouth when I take a sip - AND there is no easy way to just get a sip from this mug. It's just weird. Not a favorite. Waste of money for me.

Cons: Keeps Coffee Too Hot, Hard To Drink From

I LOVE these mugs (own 9 of them) for many reasons, including their keeping heat, being spill proof, volume it holds. The down side is that they rust - the interior finish is starting to deteriorate. Additionally, and it has been commented on by others, but the lids get nasty. i have had to soak in CLR then rinse our frequently to remove build up. I've found that when I use 1/2 and 1/2 it gets worse. I am at a loss because I love them, but the quality and cost makes it a hard pill to swallow

Unable to clean lid

I had this mug for several years. It was tucked away in the cabinet. Pulled it out to see black stuff all in the lid. I'm unable to "open" the lid to clean as the photos show. Maybe they made improvement to the lid AFTER my purchase of the mug with the Keurig several years ago.
