Cleaned mug a couple of times as instructed prior to use and made a cup of coffee. I could taste the plastic and rubber inside the lid as I sipped the coffee. The hole in the lid is extremely small so you hardly get any coffee to sip. I transferred the coffee into my regular mug in case it was the coffee that was bad and the coffee tasted great. I would have just tossed the mug but it is very expensive so I returned it for a refund. I would not normally review something like this but due to the cost of the mug I wanted to let others know what I experienced. I love my Keurig brewer and coffee.
Cons: Poor Taste

It IS cleanable and worth every penny

It lives up to the hype. Completely spill proof. It DOES keep coffee hot which is the purpose of it. As for cleaning, if you clean it on a daily basis then you won't have that "grunge" build up that others posted about. But if you don't even rinse the lid then yes there will get nasty just like any other travel mug. Common sense, people.

Received my Travel Mug today and I have already filled it 3 times. I love the fact that I can throw it in my purse and not worry about it spilling. It stays put in my car cup holder when I go through curves and make turns. I am so pleased. Thinking about getting some for gifts. Thank you Keurig!

Turn it upside down..it will not spill or leak !! I needed something to toss into tote bags as a take a long drink, to fit in the car mug holder, and be able to carry in arms or coat pocket and not leak. THIS IS IT !! I love it. It's the most expensive I have seen on the market, but it is well worth the price. I considered the luxory of a having a high end no leak mug vs a leaky cheapy!
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Keeps True Temps Long, Fits Well In Hand, Wont Spill Or Leak

Received for Christmas and just love this mug! Keeps my coffee hot much longer then the 5 hours stated on insert. Best features, has locking mechanism and mechanism on lid that keeps the contents in the mug. No worries about dripping or spilling. Came back today to purchase the red version.
Please think about making a larger size, 24 ounce with this same quality.

I got this travel mug for my husband and myself, seeing that Keurig knows good coffee so they should have a great travel mug. But when we tried it I thought I was drinking plastic instead of coffee. My husband said the same thing. I washed and rewashed the mugs and still disgusting taste.
