I like that the mug fits with the coffee maker. It is hard to clean under the spring and around the inside rim of the cup. Coffee 'remnants' can accumulate and it is a little disgusting.

Mug leaks after 2-3 months of use

I bought 2 of these travel mugs at Walmart. Both Keurig branded and after about 2-3 months they started to leak around the lid seal to the cup. I still use them but I have to hold them with a paper towel to keep coffee off my shirt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for traveling in a car, etc. Very easy to drink out of and do not have to worry about one spill. It would be good if it was dishwasher safe.

I love this!! I can forget my coffee in my car in sub zero temps and its still hot!! no leaking, huge plus if you are busy and are running to the car with a million things in your hands. No more coffee spills. Buying one for my husband!!
