I love this cup. When I use any other cup, I end up with spills and unpleasant burns. Never spill a drip with this cup. Only wish it were bigger, more like 20 ounces.

This was an excellent product, well worth the money - for about 6 months. Then I noticed that every time I washed it - yes, by hand - that pieces of the rubber came out. Am I swallowing that when I drink my coffee. So, I don't use it anymore.
Pros: Easy to use, No Spills, Excellent Kept Coffee Ho
Cons: Rubber Shreds After 6 Mon
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have 2 of these mugs and was pleased to begin with until the other day, when suddenly started getting black lumps. Found out there was a build up of coffee in the lid, even though I rinse and wash each time I use the mug. After much cleaning or trying to and getting numerous black lumps out might have eventually got it clean but now wary of using the mug, who knows what might be lurking in there
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recieved my mug as a Christmas gift 2 yrs ago and have used it daily ever since! I love everything about it. From the construction to the vacuum seal to the 5hour hot coffee which is the major point for me.
Durable and easy to clean.
It works as well now as Day 1. I have dropped it many times and its scuffed but no other damaged to the mug whatsoever!
I am purchasing a second one for myself one and for each of my 3 children! Best investment and invention since the first travel coffee mug was created! I HIGHLY reccomend this!
