Excellent!!

I use this mug everyday. I love how it fits in my cup holder in my car and fits in my hand without being too bulky. This mug keeps my coffee hot the entire time I am drinking it. Actually keeps it very hot, need to let it sit first before attempting to sip it. Also keeps cold drinks cold. Just yesterday I made my first brew over ice iced tea in it and took it to work. It was so nice after a few hours that it was still cold.

Expensive mug but after using for a week, I now know its well worth money....Easy to use and the product actually does what it states: keeps hot, hot & cold, cold for specified times, in addition to being spill proof... I was shocked when I went to sleep and upon waking still had full ice cubes in mug...8 HOURS LATER!
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

I use the mug to take my sugar-free cappacino along on an everyday basis and on trips. I love the NO Spills aspect of the mug--if dropped it does not throw coffee everywhere and at the most is a drop left on the floor. I received a mug exactly like this in 2011 as a gift and have bought the new Keuring mug - both made by the same manufacturer and swear by this mug design and usability. Itis the perfect gift for a coffee drinker.

Tastes like rubber

What can be done to remove the taste from the rubber top. When I go to take a sip this is the predominate smell and taste.

The first cup I've ever bought my husband he hasn't complained about. He can lay it down on its side in the seat of the vehicle, and it does not spill. He finds it well worth my money.

Best travel Mug I've ever owned

I'm usually not one to like metal coffee travel mugs. So when my kids gave it to me as a gift at first I wasn't so excited. But I tried it, and I love it! It actually keeps my coffee hot for hours and ya don't feel the metal against your skin. If it gets knocked over it doesn't leak. I love mine!

Can't open

I have only used it a few times and now can't get the lid off! Washed and put the lid on and may have overtightened. Put it in the fridge to cool the metal - no difference. Used a non-slip gripper - no difference.
