[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners are hard to know where they are on the surface until they are turned on & the element turns red. It would help if there is an outline to indicate where they are on the surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding it hard to keep shiny and streak free even though I'm using the recommended products. I also cannot see the outline of the burners. I had it installed in July and since then I have only used the front left burner and the middle burner once. It is extremely frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st time I had tried to use it and it will not operate. Looked at the trouble shooting guide and followed those steps and still not working. Tried to call for service help and was on hold for a 1/2 hour. When chose the option to be called back was given a timeframe of a week from my call. Tried to go on-line for help and same directions as in the booklet. Very frustrated

KitchenAid appliances are awesome!
