Very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December 20 24 and was not able to use it much due to health issues but now that I’m using it it is the worst cooktop I’ve ever dealt with. It cooks very hot and even on a number two it boils. There doesn’t seem to be a simmer or medium. Everything burns.. The only time I use high is to start water boiling and then it’s hard to get it down to a lower level. I am so disappointed. I had a KitchenAid cooktop for over 20 years and finally had it replaced. I was looking forward to this new cooktop but Unfortunately, it is not made like the older ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my oven for a month, and so far so good! I love all of the cooking features it offers from the Proof option to the Air Fry. I've never had a wall oven before and I love the height of it. No bending! It looks sleek and classy. Easy to operate! Really happy with it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old cooktop stopped working, and I replaced it with a similar product. It looks great and works well.

Some good features.

We had to replace our old KItchenAid cooktop, which we had for about 24 years, beacause the glass had cracked and a couple of the elements stopped working. This model was a direct replacement so we decided to buy this one. On the whole, the cooktop works well, but as a few other customers have commented, it does run hotter than the older model. We had to go through a learning curve so that we could control the heat properly. The glass top seems to smugde quite easily, and some marks will not come off despite using the recommended cleaning methods. The control area smudges very easily and finger marks are left behind, which at times can be a bit hard to clean. The one big issue we have is that the LEDs indicating the power levels of the elements are very dim and one has to look closely to see what level is set. This is very irksome. With the state of current technology, KitchenAid could have chosen better devices so that the element settings are easy to read. Also, while cleaning, if there is any cleaner on the controls then they start beeping, especially the Control Lock. The cleaner has to be wiped off very quickly off the controls. It is because of these niggly issues that I have given this cooktop 2 stars.
