Good looking cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop back in September 2022. It final arrived in April 2023. But it was worth waiting for the exact cooktop I wanted. I didn't choose the induction because all my pans were not magnetic. I really like how the controls are arranged for quick choice of burners. No knobs means easier clean-up too. I need to get use to the settings because it seems to run hot. So far I like it alot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scratches too easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new KitchenAid cooktop which replaced one that was 18 years old. Our only problem is that it scratches very easily. We did not expect this issue with the new unit and it kind of spoils our excitement.

I don't know what this means

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding it hard to keep shiny and streak free even though I'm using the recommended products. I also cannot see the outline of the burners. I had it installed in July and since then I have only used the front left burner and the middle burner once. It is extremely frustrating.

Cooks good but with cleanup issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cooktop much better than my previous one. Works well, and easy to use. I still have an issue with the color of the top being black. It stays smuggled and dirty looking unless I clean immediately every time I use, and even has to be cleaned at least once a day. It is already showing come scratches even though I’m very careful not to move pans around on the top. I do wish they would have other options in color of cooktop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Non-operational

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st time I had tried to use it and it will not operate. Looked at the trouble shooting guide and followed those steps and still not working. Tried to call for service help and was on hold for a 1/2 hour. When chose the option to be called back was given a timeframe of a week from my call. Tried to go on-line for help and same directions as in the booklet. Very frustrated
