Unhappy with cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop from a catalog and by talking with the salesman. So far it cooks OK. My problem is that I am unable to tell where the burners are and it does not clean wear. I am so unhappy I am considering trying to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding it hard to keep shiny and streak free even though I'm using the recommended products. I also cannot see the outline of the burners. I had it installed in July and since then I have only used the front left burner and the middle burner once. It is extremely frustrating.
