Fantastic New Tool!

My house is 2000+ square feet of tile and rooms that aren't tile will be in the near future. I used to vacuum it all and then drag out my commercial mop and roll around bucket to clean these floors. Very time consuming and hard on this old body. I dreaded it and never washed the floors more than once a week despite having two Scottish Terriers who drag tons of dirt into the house. This machine is wonderful and I have used it four times in five days. I love it. I have recommended this machine to my friend who also has two dogs and she is also in love with it. Good job, Bissell! P.S. One cleaning tip: wear only socks when cleaning your floors. You won't leave foot or shoe prints that way.

Getting to know it and how to get the best performance from it is necessary. I called Bissell and tried to get some clarity on how to use it, Vacuum and Steam together. The representative I spoke to did not seem very familiar with it. Her conclusion was that you vacuum first then steam clean. That did not seem correct. I went on line and watched videos of how it was supposed to be used, and yes, you are supposed to be using the vacuum and steam together. Once I learned the proper technique, it changed into a different machine, fast and efficient, and the best tool I have for "Mud Season" with my two dogs. It is almost a pleasure to clean up after them now. Just wish it had a bigger water tank, takes two fills to complete the job.

The All-In-One Vacuum is a lifesaver. I have a labrador that loves slobbering all over the house. The vacuum/steamer is so easy to get out and clean up. I use to dread doing the floors, but not now.

I have bamboo floors throughout and can vacuum alone or vacuum with wet mop to keep extra water off floors. Love it! Much better than swifger I had been using.

I had three dogs, now down to two. My Pet Symphony does an excellent job on my tile floors. The vacuum does a great job and I like the hi/low option for steam. As long as I have pets, I will have a Bissell Pet Symphony.

I replaced my old Symphony with the new pet all in one. I love it as much as my old one that I used for years and when it stopped working I bought a new one. I use it for my laminate as well as my vinyl floors.

I really loved this steam mop/vac and then it randomly stopped steaming after 5 months. Tried all the trouble shooting but it still wont work. Such a shame bc I really love this machine!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the no steam. Let's take a look at a few troubleshooting steps. First, your machine may just need to be primed. If you wait two minutes with the trigger pressed your machine will be ready to steam. Make sure the dummy filter has the black gasket at the end of the filter. Firmly push the filter to ensure there are no gaps. Please pull off the foot to clean the spray port. You can take a paperclip and ream the sides of this to clean.
