Not worth the trouble

The vacuum did not pick up, but just pushed the dirt around. It weighs, apparently 10lbs, pushing that around a large floor, and my arms got so tired. It seems to just shove the dirt into the baseboards, and corners. Not worth it. Would rather use a mop and pail. This is a huge waste of money, in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little machine

This is a great little machine. I have 2 puppies who are in the process of being potty trained and this cleans up their messes and restores my floors! The added benefit is that the smell of their messes is being cleaned up quickly and easily so they are making fewer messes. Both the wet pads and the dry mops work well, and it cuts my cleaning time in half as I can both vacuum and mop at the same time! My only request when the machine is updated is to make the dirt cup clearer as it's hard to see when it's full.

I have never been able to get it to steam. Absolutely no water comes through to the pad. It does vacuum. I would not waste my money again!

We have tile floor in most of our house. We also have a dog. :-) She constantly tracks in muddy paw prints after rain or snow melt. I was looking for a one step vac/mop and this it!! This vac picks up the dirt first and then cleans the muddy tracks wonderfully! Dirt and dog hairs, etc, do not get caught in the mop head because the dry vac works well. It's exactly what we needed. It comes with an extra mop head (please make them gray instead of white!!), and I'll be buying 2 more.

Regular Usage with home chores

This product was last years b-day gift and I have used it regularly since then. When I noticed that its not functioning as usual, I imagined the floor will never be as clean again if I have to use other equipment. The steam was not delivering on floor for there was not a streak (dry). Then I discovered the pad tray was falling apart where it was cracking. I attempted to use duct tape to cover the cracks but it was still not functioning correctly. I called for a replacement and will be shipped in 7 days. I'm assuming they will send exact replacement. I hope the plastic material will be reconfigured for a better sturdy one that can take on heat. I hope I won't have to call in a year or so for another replacement. OVERALL "I'M FULLY SATISFIED AND I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT :-)".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in doubt if it will be a great steam mop or a great vaccum. But both actually works really well! It sucks dust, crumbs and hair on our hardwood and vinyl floors and it cleans dirt at the same time! Our dog leave dirt on the floor whenever he gets in from going potty and this steam mop cleans it with just 2 times of a push and pull! I love my new cleaning gadget. It cleans my house really well and save me a ton of time because it mops and vacuum at the same time!!! Glad I bought it!
