I hate mopping the usual way- hate putting soap or chemicals on the floor and never really knowing if I've got it all rinsed off- did I get the floor too wet? It's taking forever to dry, worried about pets walking on it, etc etc. This product has been great- had it 8 months so far. It deep cleans the floor without adding soap or chemicals, dries in a minute or less. I was skeptical at first about the vacuuming and steaming at the same time, but it works. This is the first time I've liked a product well enough to take the time to write a review.

I have been purchasing Bissell products for 20 years now. I still have a small feather weight type vacuum that we bought over 11 years ago and it still works great. We purchased this Symphony to make our busy lives easier. We have two dogs, one has long hair and they both shed a lot. The Symphony all in one vacuum has made cleaning our floors a dream. We have hard wood and linoleum and this machine not only sucks up all the dog hair and makes my floors look clean they are clean. Thank you Bissell for another great product!!!!

I have only used it one time, but I already love it. It did everything that it was supposed to do. I have a lot of ceramic tile and it cleaned it quickly. I saw an attachment part that is a carpet glider. Has anyone ever used it and does it work well on carpet? Thank you for a great little cleaner!!

I bought this Bissell with the thought that I could put away the mop and bucket. My home was built in the 50's and has many updateds needed including new flooring throughout. With this in mind the vacuum worked wonderfully and I was so happy with being able to put away that big cannister model. However the steam did not work quite like I thought it would. It did clean the floor but left it dull with streaks. I did pull out the bucket again and used some wax on the floor to make it shine again. I think if I were to have more updated floors this would be a winner!!!!! So until then I will say I am happy with the purchase.
