It cleans the floors really quickly which is great but the steam mop attachement falls off sometimes during use and it leave streaks.

It can steam and vacume simultaniously but then it doesnt, do either very well. For best results vacume then steam. Sadly the vacume loses all suction if therer is a dust bunny or small bit of cellapahne blocking the airway. it's also one of the loudest vacumes I have owned . Then today I noticed that it has started to leak . This is my first Bissel purchase and will be returning the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When cleaning tile floors it was always an annoying 2 step process. Had to sweep or vacuum and then steam. It was my dream come true when a machine that could do both steps at once appeared. I love the Symphony! It is lighter weight and smaller than the steamer I previously used. Now, please just add a way to vacuum area rugs also Thank you!

I just purchased this product for my wife. We wanted to try out steam on hard floor cleaning as a premier item for our professional cleaning service. After mopping our floors with a chemical and hard surface floor mop, the Bissell Symphony worked on the floor much better. less strain on your back and no chemicals. The fragrance pads, left the kitchen smelling clean and refreshed. It brought up much more dirt and the floor felt better to the bare feet. We are looking into commercial models and feel this process will enhance our client experience. The retraceable handle reduces the storage space and the quality is perfect for personal use. We recommend steam cleaning your floors and the Bissell Symphony.

bottom keeps coming unclipped and then stops steam

I loved it when I first got it. But now it won't stay clipped with the pad on and you can see and hear the steam stop. I've worked and worked to change pads, check the pad, etc. but it continues to make a click and then the steam stops.

The best thing for cleaning bare floors

It is very easy to use vacuums and steam cleans at the same time. The floors are beautiful after cleaning and it is done in a breeze. It is my new favorite thing. Such a time saver. So glad we purchased it.
