All I can say is it is FANTASTIC! Quick steam, built in vacuum makes two jobs into one and saves time. We have a dog and in this winter weather, we use the steam mop every day. floor dries instantly.

I have had my Symphony for over a year now. I have 2 kids, 1 dog, 2 cats and a husband. We have laminate and ceramic tile floors. This all-in-one does the trick for maintaining pet hair and small odds/ends. However I still find myself getting out other appliances to get the deep clean feel. I LOVE Bissell. The company and their pet friendliness. HOWEVER, the Symphony could be improved for me to love it. I have yet to have success using the vac/mop at the same time. It leaves too much hair behind on the first swipe and once its wet, good luck getting the damp hair off the floor. The steam mop is not near as hot as my old Bissell Steam Mop, which I miss. Overall, when using the vacuum and steam mop separately, it is a nice system. It's small enough to leave out behind the couch and has a long cord to reach through the entire house.

Being able to vacuum and steam clean at the same time was a real time-saver for me. The Symphony does not use a lot of water, but does a good job of cleaning on floors.

I have over 900 square feet of wood floor in my house and I have tried many different products, the Symphony All in One is the greatest invention since sliced bread!!! I can clean my floors in half the time!!! I would love to have more than one cleaning pad and I am definetly purchasing some when they become available.....

used it to clean my small apt. about twice a week it did clean the floors good but it broke in two years the handle button used to produce the steam just quit working i played around with it and it wont make any steam i only used distilled water in it for the price its not worth it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
