But BISSELL was eager to resolve the issue. I had one delivered to my house not even a week after reaching out to their customer service. BISSELL provides the best customer service and care about every BISSELL purchasing customer!

Amazed and Happy Except handle

I was not sure what to purchase and seldom believe advertising. This product caught my attention but it took weeks to convince myself to order it. I must say I am pleased with my decision. It worked fantastic and the floors feel fabulous. I would recommend this product to anyone particular about cleaning. It is lightweight and did not exhaust me in using it. I was able to do all my floors in one day which I have been able to do for a while due to back issues. One issue is found: I cannot seem to get the handle to lock in place and stay locked. When operating the machine the latch falls back and the handle is loose again. Contacting Bissell to see if broken. I hope it is broken because this if very frustrating.

AMAZING LITTLE MACHINE

Although we have had the Symphony for only a short time, it has been used at least once daily and is a marvel! We have two Great Pyrenees puppies who are swimming, digging holes in the lawn, rolling in mud etc. at least half of every waking hour. Their time inside the house is spent on white tile so you can imagine what that looks like. I did not really believe the Symphony could possible keep up with Eleanor and Flaubert but have been pleasantly surprised. It is lightweight, easy to use and outperforms anything we have used before by about 100 times.
