[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my large throw rug carpets and on my hardwood floors..I just love how easily it sweeps/cleans/sanitizes at the same time..having 3 boys, ages 3 and younger, this saves me time while making the much needed frequent cleaning much easier to accomplish!

As well, I'm unable to use ordinary methods to clean so, having the ability to vacuum and mop at the same time is such a huge relief for me. I've purchased countless systems to clean my floors but, this has been the best andlast system for me to purchase. The difference is awesome.

I just purchased the Bissell Symphony and I Love it!!! I used the scrubbing pad and the machine was harder to push, but oh my gosh is my floor clean!!!! It is sometimes embarrassing to see how much dirt is left on the floor after using a traditional mop and bucket. I highly recommend this product. Next time I can use the standard pad because I have deep cleaned it already with the scrubbing pad. It is easy to set up and easy to clean. Thank-you, Bissell!!!!

My wood floors shine and dog hair is gone. The only problem that I have with the product is the location of the cord. Since it low on the handle, I have tripped over and stepped on the cord more than once. I try to hold the cord in one hand and product in the other. Wish the cord was higher on the handle.
