I got this for Christmas, I absolutely LOVE it!!! I show it off when I can. It make cleaning the house a quick and easy task. This is a new house (bought a year ago) and I haven't been able to keep the floors clean. The dirt and dust from the gravel gets tracked in. I used this the first time, very easy to get set up and use. It cleaned these floors 10x better than a mop and my other powerful steamer. It dries as super fast and cleans really well!!

Works great on hardwood floors, don't know about carpet as that's not what I bought it for, we have 2 dogs and a cat, the vacuum is strong enough to pick up their hair and the steam mop cleans well! Saves time as I always used to get out the vacuum and then get out the mop. My steam mop isn't defective, had no problems whatsoever with it and when I've worn this one out I'll get another one :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I survived before bought this mop! This has made my life so much easier . My floors are cleaner quicker and I'm not using harsh chemicals that cause an asthma flare up! I have officially kicked the old string mop and bucket to the curb!

Have used this unit very little because of the issue of it leaking when just using the vacuum all the filters are clean and is cleaned after every use. I have only had this 10 months and it is running like I have had it for over 2 years or more. it will not suck anything up. So will take my losses. I will never buy another thing from Bissell.

On the tv commercial it had promised all these additional items such as extra scrubbing pads, 3yr warranty, a little steamer for bathroom etc.. I didn't receive any of it.. It's only offered in the states not in Canada.. had I known I wouldn't of bothered purchasing it...

I got the Bissell Symphony about a month ago the vaccum has already stopped working. The steam part works great but would not recommend it at all.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry for the no suction, we can sure help. Make sure the filters are clean. Dirty filters will restrict airflow. Make sure the they are installed properly as well as the hoses. There shouldn't be any gaps. If you pull off the floor nozzle you can check for any hair that may be clogging and restricting airflow.

We already have the shampoo carpet Bissell. Saw the ad on TV and realize we are very satisfied with it so why not try the Symphony. I am so happy we did. I use to vacuum my floors then use a wet mop. So much time consuming especially with two Shepherds. I love it so far and hope to get a lot out of it.

My Bissell Symphony is a great timesaver and it's light weight. When I'm in a hurry I can vacuum and steam clean my floors all in one step. The movers broke mine so I'm glad I was able to order the parts I needed and that they were in stock.
I would recommend this to a friend!
