I loved my mop until the switch broke in the handle. I thought it had just stopped steaming and took it apart until every water supply line was clean finally i realized to look at switch and it was broken due the fact it was only plastic and you are unable to get that part. Other than that as long as you keep it clean it does a great job. Im ready to try the crosswave . i have a disability and a large house, animals, all wood or laminated f!oors with vinyl in bathrooms . i need help unable to clean it

Love the product but the return process sucks.

Love the product but ordered two and had to send one back and the return process was a pain. Apparently they don't give a return label in the box in Canada and you have to mail it yourself and pay for the shipment. Even though I called them the next day after placing the order and before the order was shipped yet they refused to cancel the shipment saying it was already "picked". Just too much inconvenience caused when all they had to do was cancel the order and prevent the shipment. Wont recommend ordering from this site.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have any pets however, this vacuum is similar to the Bissell Symphony I owned previously to this machine, and I really liked the Symphony! This vacuum is great - powerful! The only thing I would like is that the handle would "collapse" as the Symphony handle did. The telescopic handle made the machine easier for me to take it up and down stairs. This machine does a beautiful job on my floors - they really shine!

I just got my Symphony!! It is the most awesome invention ever!! I have a bad back and use to have to do floors 2 times it took me a couple of days, but now I can do it all at once!! No streaking! I would recommend this to all my friends without hesitation!! Thank You Bissell!!

Love, love the Bissell Symphony, combines two job into one. I have two large dogs and experience "tumble weed" rolling across my floors, plus wet/dusty paws. I zip over the floors with Symphony and job done. Only problem I have is attaching the pad to machine...and keeping it attached. If I would have designed machine, I would made steam button instead of the whole bottom of handle, difficult to use the vacuum only without griping the steam control, but with that said, wouldn't trade it.
