I have only one problem with this mop as you clean it has a habit of unlocking the canister by itself. It cleans good but in the end you have a big mess.

Dont buy it

This steam vac cost me almost $200. I had it for almost a year and the steam quit working on it. I always used it as directed and kept the filter clean. After reading all the reviews with people having the same issue, I'd say it's just a bad product. Of course since I had it for almost a year, I couldn't take it back and bissell isnt going to replace it. I'll go with a different brand next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this fairly expensive product to replace one of the flimsy, throw-away floor cleaners. I was attracted by the single step vacuum and clean process. After some light use, the trigger switch failed. Some other reviewers have had a similar problem and state that it is non-repairable. Good concept, but just another (more expensive) throw-away piece of junk. Save your money.
