I LOVE the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop! It saves me so much time from having to sweep the floor first then mop it. It also saves me time from having to wring out my mop in a bucket and drag it all over my house. I have a LOT of bare floors in my house and I don't dread cleaning them every week. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now! Ha Ha Ha, not really, but using this product makes cleaning a lot more enjoyable.

I love the strong vacuum suction! I have a smooth and rough combined style of tile and the steam mop attachment seems to clean it well. ( I have only steam cleaned one time so far)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe that I have been using a mop bucket and vacuum cleaner on my floors while this lil beauty has been available. I live with 12 cats and 2 dogs and this Bissell is a LIFE-CHANGER!!! I can pick up dirt and fur and steam clean without chemicals every day and maintain clean floors. I have been living in the dark ages of floor care. When I move into my new home I am buying another one so I have one on each floor. I work in animal rescue so with more room we will have more rescues. I have been telling all of my rescue friends about this product. I could not be happier!

I received my Bissell Symphony in 4/2015, I have used it once and I love it! I washed and vacuumed the linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. I also washed and vacuumed the hard wood floors in my living room. WOW, the hard wood floor sparkles. When I walk on the all the floors with my bare feet, you can feel they are clean and sanitized.
