Awesome new product

At first I was a little skeptical about combining a steam mop with a vacuum cleaner, but after using the product for the first time, I am convinced how great of a product it is. I was able to clean my kitchen and dinette vinyl floors and the steam really helps remove many of the spots and dirt that just does not come off with a normal vacuum cleaner. Whenever I came across a little dirt, I could hit the vacuum button and suck that dirt up while I was still steam cleaning. I also have hard wood floors and tried it on that too. It worked awesome there and cleaned up spots without leaving too much wetness behind, much better than a wet mop would have done! I am impressed and love this new tool!

I just realized that the black wheels leave black scuff...

I absolutely love washing my kitchen floor now with Bissell steam mop but just realized that the black wheels are leaving black scuff marks on my white linoleum floor. I thought at first it was my boots but while I was steaming the floor I saw that it was the cleaner itself. The worst part is, I cannot remove the scuff marks with the steam cleaner....in fact I cannot find anything that removes the scuff marks. So I have a really clean floor with black lines throughout. I will likely try wrapping the wheels with duck tape before I use again. Has anyone else complained about this? Am I doing something wrong?

No steam - poor quality trigger

I loved this a year ago when I bought it and gave it a 5-star review. But suddenly the trigger that produces the steam has stopped working. Bissell says on their US website that if your trigger stops "clicking" when you press it then you should take it to your nearest service centre. This machine initially made cleaning up after our labradoodle so simple. I can't imagine they intended it to be a consumable product? I thought I could trust the Bissell name - so disappointed.

I actually purchased this for my church where I clean. So far I love it! I have owned another brand steam mop without adjustable steam. I love the high steam setting on this one............it does a much better job. Also, the ability to vacuum WHILE mopping is a real time saver. Now I would love to get one for myself!

The mop doesn't steam anymore. It just leaks water. It worked when I first got it but not long afterwards it did more leaking than steaming. Very disappointed

I LOVE the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop! It saves me so much time from having to sweep the floor first then mop it. It also saves me time from having to wring out my mop in a bucket and drag it all over my house. I have a LOT of bare floors in my house and I don't dread cleaning them every week. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now! Ha Ha Ha, not really, but using this product makes cleaning a lot more enjoyable.
