My Favorite Household Appliances!

I have three dogs, so I have dog hair accumulating quickly on my hard wood and tile floors. This appliance vacuums up the dog hair and steam mops at the same time! I used to have to vacuum first, then mop. The Symphony is a super time saver because I can do it all with one walk-through. I love the steam feature for getting dirt dragged in by dogs and husband!

Steam just won't work anymore

Good Idea but that is about all I can say about the product. After the third time we used it the steam stopped working. I read all the reviews and the troubleshooting recommendations and still no steam. Very disappointed and will continue searching for a decent product. I hope someone at Bissell will read this and attempt to fix this issue for future customers.

I have only gotten to use twice so far and it's done a great job - I like that it's easy to empty filter and clean the parts. My Second time using it seemed much harder to manuever than the first time, not sure if it's because I used a different pad than the first time. Overall so far quite happy, time will tell.

I went through 2 1132s before buying this model and so far I really like it. The small tweaks to the design like improvements to the filter system make a noticeable difference and I can still use all the supplies i bought for the 1132. So far so good.

I was amazed at the suction of this little vacuum. Love that I can vacuum and clean the floor at one time. Great little invention. I like that it has a small vacuum head, I can get in between my chairs.
