Great mopping system - big improvement over purple model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a HUGE improvement over the earlier purple steam mop with the same name. This updated model stands on its own much more securely. The water fill door is easy to open now instead of requiring a tool due to being so difficult to pry open with your fingers. The mopping foot is a slightly different design/size to the older model, but our old pads fit just fine. I can highly recommend this unit if you have tile or other hard floors that require frequent cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love the symphony Bissell steam/vac mop. It vacuums and steam mops all at the same time, if you want. Saving so much time and energy. I did extensive research for the mop I was purchasing and when I saw this product I thought it sounded too good to be true. It does exactly what it's designed to do. It didn't get 5 stars because of the cloth cover doesn't wash well in machine looks dingy only thing that stopped it from getting the five stars and instructions say not to bleach did any ways still looks dingy

I have light colored hard wood floors and everything I used would streak them. With the light coming in from the windows it looked awful! This has solved that problem. The low steam is just enough to clean but not too much that it streaks them. They dry clean. The vacuum is awesome. I can happily vacuum and clean my floors going over them one time. I don't have to vacuum while having to so look forward (not) to cleaning them now. Once over and I am done. I have two cats and the vacuum is effective in picking up the hair as well as the other debris on the floor. Not great on carpets so wouldn't get rid of my vacuum cleaner but I'm ok with that.

I simply love the concept of being able to vacuum and mop all at once. It is a real time saver. I use the vacuum alone on area rugs and it works great, and as long as the steam function WORKS, it's all good. However, I am on my 5th All-In-One Vacuum and Steam Mop because the trigger for the steam function stops working. It is so aggravating, and this comes from only using the product once a week. Others have reported the same. I certainly hope things improve with this feature. Annoyed in New Orleans
