[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam and vacuum functions are pretty effective. The vacuum pics up small things on hard surfaces but not bigger pieces like dog food; and the steamer gets nice and hot but you do have to go over scuffs and dried liquids a few times to get them off. It's easy to put together and the controls are easy to use. The only other down side is the power cord is shorter than I'm used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used mine 3x now and really like it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I still see streaks on my laminate floors. However, the streaks are FAR less than the many other mops and swifters I've used in the past. I really love the vacuum component. With 3 dogs that shed their full coats on a daily basis, I was having to vacuum, sweep, and then mop . This wonderful product saves me 1-2 steps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house has ceramic tile, marble and wood floors. I love that I can use this Bissell on all the floors. The vacuum is powerful and can get really close to the baseboards. Simultaneously I can vacuum and steam clean the floors which is awesome. The only thing I slightly dislike is having to press and hold the handle to activate the steam. If it were an on off switch I'd prefer that. Still, I love this machine.

Well made product that does a great job on hard floors. It took a while to get it going as the instructions were not that great and newness was hard on my arthritic hands to open tank! Over all I would buy this again and would recommend it. It should come with a bracket to hang on the wall.

Just bought this as a gift for myself and I love it! As I no longer have carpeting it was a pain to sweep and then wash the floors. This all in one machine is easy to use and does a wonderful job.
