I'm 60 and disabled,got your Bissell Symphony and I can say it helped me clean my home without someone having to help.It does everything it says it does.I own a Shark Vac. Plus their steam mop and this product does a bare foot job.Thank you Bissell for helping me to do the job by myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to clean the floor after my puppies. I like the fact that it vacuums and mops at the same time. I don't like the fact that the mop heads get dirty really easy. Also, I don't see the steam coming from mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's extremely hard to maneuver on carpet with it's padded bottom. The wheels do nothing and the vacuum openings too small.All it does is drag the cat hairs around and doesn't suck I wish I could return it I only used it once at 65 yrs old I don't need the stress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is because the machine isn't meant for carpet, Dan. It's a vacuum and steam mop in one for sealed hard floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Sympony Pet All-in-One vacum and steam Mop/1543on hard flooring and it works great. Vacum and steam is much improved over older model. The pad tray appears to be improved a little (Pad tray attachment wore out on old model), but still plastic which I think will probably wear out also. My experience is that when you keep using plastic attachments they wear out in time and will no longer hold. This is the only thing that I don't like and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

I received my vac steamer today.. I cleaned all my floors that are hard wood , cleaned them beautifully...... Best steamer I have ever used.... Love the fact that I can vacuum and steam at the same time .... I highly recommend this great bissell product!!!!!!!
