I love this machine. I just wish it came with the carpet attachment. I had to purchase it separately. Other than that, it's a dream. No more vacuum and steamer. One product to do it all. I love it!!!

Short life...waste of money!!

I have only used this steam mop 5-10 times & it no longer works. Vacuum doesn't have good suction either. So disappointed!! It's the last Bissell I'll waste my money on!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that I don't have to sweep before I steam - saves a lot of time. Not the best on area rugs but will work until we buy another vacuum for the area rugs. Easy to change the pads. Hard to push on area rugs and uneven floors (old house). Overall very happy with purchase. Would definitely recommend to friends

The best part is that we can vacuum and mop the floors at the same time, thus saving us a lot of time. The steam function works really well. We tested it by making coffee and milk stains on our hardwood floor. We tried to clean the dried stains the next day and they came right off. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Symphony for our laminate and tile floors. My wife loves it. I like it. This is our 3rd Symphony. The first one "died" while still under warranty and Bissell replaced it. The second one recently quit steaming and we bought the third one directly from the Bissell website. The scent discs do a great job, leaving the house smelling fresher after each cleaning. We're hoping this newer version lasts longer than the older models, as it has been only 4 years since our initial purchase.
