POOR PARTS

This was bought for me as a present last year from my brother who past away this year. I have been trying to get someone to sell me the pump. This is an internal part, one little plastic piece with a little pump inside of it. I have already had to pay to get a second foot petal because of the poor quality that came with this, only to have another poor quality part break apart. All I want is for someone help me get this machine working the way it should be. This product means a lot to me due to the fact that my brother bought it for me. Your customer service is telling me I can not buy the part because it is internal. Your service places are telling me they have to order this part and it will cost $25.00 and that they must install it which will cost also. I know what is wrong, I know how to install it.. I don't understand why I can not just order one from you and fix what should not need fixed after just using this product a few times.PLEASE let me know if you can be any help with this.

We're sorry to hear about your loss. Regrettably, since the pump is an internal part on this mop, it would have to be ordered from a service center and replaced by a trained technician.

Wish I purchased sooner! I got mine from a different retailer but It didn't let me leave a review and I had to leave one. It's fantastic-I was afraid because I wasn't sure where I purchased it I could return it if something was wrong but I just got it andam in love! I have old ugly white tile in my kitchen and bathroom that is constantly getting black show prints. This made it look so much better. I used it on my regular pretty tile too -best of all I could pop the cloth off and on quickly to go over rugs as I clean with little effort or time. I just hope it lasts!!!

Well goodbye broom and mop. I almost picked this up on a whim but it must have just come out because I couldn't find any reviews on it. It seemed too good to be true and I didn't want to spend money to find out it didn't work very well. I came across it again and this time the reviews were up and they were excellent. What used to take me over an hour now takes less than 10 minutes. Now I use this everyday and you could eat off my floors. Just a quick once over and done! Awesome! I think this will work best with people like me who hate to clean and would otherwise put it off. I think this may not cut it for OCD clean freaks who want things as clean as humanly possible and dont mind spending time cleaning. You know who you are...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Symphony Vac&Steam mop - because I gave the other two to a son and a daughter! I like the option of cleaning with just steam instead of chemicals or soaps for pets and grandchildren that both have been known to nibble on items on the floor. The time saving vacuum gets the job done so much more quickly. Hope they continue to develop a cordless pure steam/vac product.

The greatest feature for me is the vac/mop simultaneous use. Wonderfulc conceptp it to use. Lightweight, glider for carpet, with an attachment that is included similar to using a swifter with a wet cloth. Can't be beat!

Recently purchased the Bissell Symphony after our other Steam then Vac died after four years. Was a bit skeptical about the item being to vacuum and steam mop at the same time, but it does a great job on tile and our hardwood flooring. Its easy to operate and works great...only complaint is that the cord is not long enough to go through the whole house without unplugging and replugging.
