I have a Bissell Vacuum and Carpet Steamer which I am very happy with. I was looking for a lightweight yet heavy duty cleaner for my downstairs floors. This Steam mop is outstanding at cleaning, removing paw prints. Easy to use, easy to clean, takes up very little space. It is like they made this for every one of my needs. Could not be happier!

The Symphony work great!! I love that you can use the vaccum and the steam at the same time. It has great suction power and the lack of chemicals is great with children running around. I have absolutlly no compliants about this product it got all of the grim off my floors, in a matter of minutes, from the hosting several holidays events back to back which is amazing. Wonderful product!!!

It seems to work well, however, it leaves streaks on our wood floors - not so on the tile floors. We have not used it that much to see but will try it again - hopefully we can figure out how to stop the streaking. Otherwise, it's a great product.

Used to use broom first then steam mop with another brand. Always has small bits of things I was stepping on with bare feet on linoleum. Had to be meticulous to mop in one direction n still stuff on bottom of feet.the only negative is the mops a little too muse to get beside toilet in one of my bathrooms. But have a hand held steam cleaner that easily takes care of that. Highly recommended!
