[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on hardwoods, carpet and tile. I absolutely love this product. It does an excellent job cleaning. If you are in a hurry, this product is for you. vacuum and steam in minutes. Worth every penny.

Stops working after a few months

So, I have purchased 3 of these. One for myself, loved it !!!! so I gave one to my sister, and one to my son as gifts. 2 out of the 3 have stopped working after about 7-8 months. Both were serviced at different professional vac stores, rebuilt with Bissell parts that were replaced for free, but neither of the machines works well now. Mine does not work at all, no steam, no heat, just leaks water on the floor. My sisters spills water also, but she gets some heat. We both used filtered water the entire time. Really disappointed, when it worked, it was great ! But, I expected it to last more than 7 months. My Vac repair place will not take it back. He had it for 6 weeks waiting for parts the first time. Total loss.

I purchased the Bissell Symphony because I have fibromyalgia, and sever arthritis in my back and joints. I initially thought, "Wow, with the Symphony I will be able to sweep and mop at the same time saving me a lot of time and pain at the same time. How wrong I was. It worked the first 3 times I used it. Now, it no longer heats and steams. I am so disappointed because now I have a very expensive vacuum stick.

I was one of the lucky ones that won this machine in a drawing, so one of the first to be able to offer my review. I do not want to rush posting my review, but have used the machine four (4) times so far since I received it and I have to say "I THINK IT'S GREAT" ! I currently have a fairly large household including 3 dogs, a cat, 4 adults and 1 toddler living in my home and keeping up with keeping my hardwood floors clean was almost impossible. This machine makes it a possible task now. Rather than the in-between cleaning of dust moping, I was able to use the BISSELL® Symphony™ All in One Vacuum and Steam Mop 1132 in about the same amount of time as dust-mopping, and my floor looks amazing. I truly hope the machine holds up (has a two year warranty, I believe), because I don't think I would want to be without it! I did have a regular steam cleaning (no vacuum) prior to receiving this and thought it made my life easier, but I have to say that the BISSELL® Symphony™ All in One Vacuum and Steam Mop 1132 out cleans (as well as vacuums) my old steam cleaner. The machine is very easy to use (although I was a little intimated at first) and didn't take long to become very comfortable with using it. Bottom line, I'm very happy with this machine and love that it saves me time and energy in keeping my hardwood floors clean. Basically has cut my work time in half which means I'm much more inclined to deep clean my floors more frequently.

I recently won a Bissell Symphony All in One Vacuum and Steam Mop 1132. I used it yesterday and it does work fine. It steams well and cleans well. I like that you can vacuum when you find some dirt that you missed in the precleaning time. You must let the mop head get moist with steam before running it across your floors. The only complaint I have is with the instruction book. It did not tell me how to get the water out of the chamber after I used it when I didn't use all the water. I don't like leaving water in the chamber. So I just opened the site I put the water in and turned the machine upside down to empty it.

We especially like the adjustable length handle for different users. We are using the system to steam clean/sanitize dental operatories with ceramic tile floors as part of our COVID cleaning protocol. The machine is doing a great job and our floors are noticeably cleaner. Thanks Bissell for offering a great product for our needs.

Best Cleaning Machine ever!

I have the Symphony now for 3 weeks and that's it! I'm not going back to sweeping and moping separately. I have 2 dogs and they shed a lot (yeah both) and this Vacuum and Mop combination has released a lot of stress over my shoulder since I got it. It is easy to use and fast. I thought the vacuum will not be as strong as a regular vacuum but it is. Also due to my back problems moping was hard for me so I will always leave it to someone else NOW is all on me. Love it!
