[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This All-in-One is my newest go-to! I love that it vacuums and steam mops at the same time. Our dog sheds and drools A LOT so it's nice to complete both tasks in one step. It takes a couple passes on some floor marks, but overall, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Bissell Symphony to vacuum and steam mop my floor. I got it very fast with 4 mops inside the box. The machine is easy to assemble and light weight. The power cord is long enough to move around a large room. You don't need any solution, you just need water. When you use the mop with the scent disc, you room smell very nice for a long time but you don't really need to use it in case of allergy or asthma. The other positive thing, you don't need too much effort to use this machine because the machine is so light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaking after a month, leaves water marks on hard floors

I used the product every day. It's lightweight and convenient and can steam clean and vacuum at the same time. I loved it until it started leaking and leaving huge water stains on my hardwood floors whenever I stopped, even momentarily, i.e. to moving dinning room chairs. This happens even if I turn the unit off. Now it leaks out so quickly, I can only use it to vacuum.. no more mopping and vacuuming at the same time, which is what I loved about this product.

Not totally loving it

I opened the box 2weeks after receiving it, the cup was missing from the box. I love the vacuum its powerful and vacuums everything in its path. The steam mop on the other hand does not clean the floor as I excepted After using the steam mop on the kitchen floor, for my own curiousity I wiped the floor with a damp towel and to my shock the floor was still dirty. I feel like I still have to use my regular mop after using the steam mop. I love the idea behind this product .

We appreciate your review with the BISSELL Symphony. It's nice to hear you love the suction with your machine. When steaming make sure the steam setting is on "HI" for maximum steam to spray out. With stubborn dirt the scrubby pad should be used.

This machine does a great job on hard surfaced floors, which cover most of our house. I never seem to get around to mopping, to this has been a great solution. Easy to run and it sure does clean. I learned to stop and wash out the cover several times as parts of our floor were quite soiled from outdoor traffic. And I sprayed a bit of all purpose cleanser before steaming. It is a bit heavy, so I would not want to lug it up and downstairs a lot, but it works for our one level house. Small enough to store easily.

Excellent lightweight Steam Mop

I bought this sweet little machine I saw on TV, I own another manufacture steam mop that requires way too much down time for it to cool down to refill it.(Received as a gift) I'm so impressed with this steam mop that I'm purchasing another one for Christmas present for a family member who has major disabilities, it's so lightweight & durable anyone can use it.. This machine requires no cooling down period to refill. . And not to forget how nice my tile floors look so clean. I'll Never use a standard mop again I would recommend this for anyone. I own 2 Bissell vacuum cleaners & 2 rug cleaning machines ( 1 is 20 years old Big Green Machine) and still working great.
