I initially loved my Bissell symphony. I have lots of hardwood floors and it did a great job. It stopped dispensing steam, sometimes I can get it to work if I run it for about a half hour before I use it. I can't understand why you stopped selling replacement water filters
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just received this and I am impressed! My floors look extremely clean and it saves me time. Normally I would sweep the floor, then mop with a spray mop and it would leave residue. Then I would take out the big hunker vacuum and vacuum the rugs. With this I can do everything at once. To vacuum the rug I remove the pad and it goes pretty smooth (not as smooth as a traditional vacuum), but it works! This will definitely save me time and it looks 100 times better than before. I am very happy!

I was surprised at the vacuums power. Usually one feature or the other is good, but this this product does both well. It is easy to clean and operate. This is the first product that I have bought for our floors that my wife actually appreciates. Much quicker to use and well thought out. Floors feel really clean and the mop pad shows it!

This is the most work saving product we have ever had next to an ordinary vacuum cleaner. We had a steam cleaner before that left streaks. This one does not. I don't know if it is the tile we have since it is different than before but for current use we are thrilled. Too much hair? Dog, cat or human? Run your regular vacuum first. You may find this works better. We recommend this to anyone with tile floors.

I received my Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop.......very easy to put together. First I mopped my floor with my other mop that I thought was doing a good job on my floors, then I used the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop just to see the difference and you would not believe what the other expensive mop left behind....floor was still a little dirty plus there was dog hair left on my floor.. Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop picked up everything that the other mop didn't.......Thank you Bissell for this wonderful amazing new product. Customer for life Nancy Aufner

Wish I had this vacuum/ steamer a long time ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum/ steamer combo. It cuts my cleaning and scrubbing time in half and I no longer need to get on my hands and knees. If I would have had this all along my wellness mats likely would be in better shape too. I hope the steamer trigger doesn't break over time but even if I get a year or two out of it, that will be disappointing and frustrating but still worth it to me. I also love this company has a foundation to help dogs❣️
