[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I purchased this to keep my Pilates Studio floors clean and sanitized. It is very light and easy to maneuver when I vacuum first and mop after. I like to vacuum forward and backward, if I do that and steam the same time, then I find that a bit of moisture gathers around the edge of the filter. The motor gets very hot, which you can feel on the outside of the machine, especially when using both the vac and mop features at the same. Hopefully the motor will last a long time and not have issues from overheating? Glad it has a 2 year warranty. My floors are now looking beautiful and my bare feet are happy and clean!

It's my first review ever and I can't wait to share this.. My housekeeping job got easier! I can mop and vacuum at the same time my beautiful white tiles. My laminate wood floor shine again. The most amazing thing is that the Symphony has clean the build up from others steam mop previous owned didn't do. It's worth the price. Thanks Bissell for the payment option also, the extra gifts received with the purchase!!

The Symphony™ Really Sucks and Cleans Up Nicely !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I never realized how filthy my tile floor REALLY was. And Nope not sharing the embarrassing evidence. I THOUGHT I kept a clean house. NOT by the looks of the Mop Head. Brown and Yucky. Just dirt/dust since we live in Arizona. Nothing really truly unhealthy. But the tile comes out clean, you can feel the difference on bare feet. We do not wear shoes in the house, but do have the doors opened for fresh air. The dirt is now off the floors and the tile is shiny, and bright. Grout included. The vacuum is a great idea to have it incorporated into the steamer, we have a dog, despite vacuuming all week, the Bissell Steamer Vacuum is great for picking up the missed little things before steam mopping. The vacuum catch canister also can be broken down to wash all the pieces after vacuuming since it is made of plastic, easy to wash in the sink. Overall this is a great steamer/vacuum. My Sister has one and talked me into buying the Symphony. I did not think I would need a vacuum steamer, but I was wrong. And this little device is RIGHT ! I also have a Bissell Air Purifier 400 and that has been a great investment too ! The whole house is cleaner from top to bottom !Thanks Bissell great products and terrific customer service.
