Great for Tile Floors

The suction was great on tile floors. I was very pleased with the way the vacuum picked up every particle on the floor. I found the steam mop difficult to use. It did not glide over the floors easily. I had to push and pull in order to get the job done. Just hard to use. It did clean the floors well. The vacuum was great. The steam cleaner not so much. It did steam clean the floors well.

Thanks for the feedback, we're glad to hear the vacuum portion worked well and your floors look clean! If you have textured or uneven tile it can be a bit more difficult to push. If they are smooth try holding the trigger longer to wet the mop pad more. That should help it glide easier.

Wonderful time saver! (I have about 2000 sq.ft. of tile and laminate floors.) by not having to vacumn first then damp mop. I really appreciate having my floors clean and streak free. The other product I was using can't match this one. Easy to use, lightweight and doesn't leave streaks. Highly recommend this product.

i mean it sounds too good to be true...right? But it really works...my husband and I were amazed when we first used it...positive that something wasn't going to work...but surprise surprise...it absolutely vacuums and steams at the same time....we're thrilled!

Bought this today. Couldn't wait to use it!. Easy set up. Took me all of 3 mins to get it ready to use. The suction is amazing for such a small vac. Love that I no longer have to get multiple appliances out. This one does it all. Thanks Bissell!

dead after 8 months

after 8 months of use and maybe twice a month of use my symphony vacuum/steam mop is dead. I think it is the control panel that died. I don't consider this as being reliable or worth the money I spent. I would not recommend purchasing this device. I will now see if Bissell will honor the 2 yr. warranty.
