I love my Symphony All-In-One! I was looking for something that would really clean my tile floors but I didn't want to have to sweep before each mopping. The Bissell Symphony All-In-One was the answer. It takes a bit of strength to push across the floors. But I have to say, it's a blessing not having to sweep first. Signed: Very Satisfied!

It's great to hear how much you like using your Symphony on your tile floors. It's a great advantage to have one machine that will vacuum and steam - definitely cuts down on cleaning time! I recommend using the soft mop pad as opposed to the scrubby mop pad as it will glide over your flooring easier. Just wanted to mention that if you've used other cleaning products on your floor like wax or waxed based products it may be harder to push. This will reduce over time though. Happy cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to mop my all hardwood home and linoleum kitchen floor and it works like a charm! It eliminates the broom and mop combo completely, shaving my floor cleaning time in half, therefore I clean the floors much more frequently! Towards the end of the household cleanse, I do end up pushing around a few rebellious wet solids. But just get on your knees and wipe up the bits with a paper towel, it's a small price to pay for the time you don't spend time bending down collecting scattered dirt particles! And then whatever your "hassle of choice" is with the mop!

I have never used a steam-mop before, but have been wanting one as we have a 3,000+ square foot house, with the downstairs being mostly hardwood and tile. I usually avoid mopping like the plague because it is such a labor intensive job, and I have back problems, so using any tool that requires me to stoop over for an extended period of time kills my back. I decided I was going to get a steam mop right as this one hit the market, and with all of the amazing reviews, I couldn't pass up the idea of sweeping AND mopping in one fell swoop! I just finished using the Symphony for the first time, and I am thoroughly impressed so far. It was easy to assemble and easy to set up for use. Not only that, but it was EXTREMELY easy to use. You just turn it on and go, and you don't have to apply pressure as with regular mopping tools to feel like you're really getting down to the nitty gritty and getting the floor clean. And, with the handle that extends, I didn't have to stoop and had no back pain whatsoever using this. In addition, it cut the time I would spend just mopping the floor in half, as before, I would have to take periodic breaks to give my back a rest. I have been walking around on my hardwood floors barefoot and they feel amazing and clean. I also love the fact that the manual says that with a full tank, the unit would emit steam for about 15 minutes, but it lasts much longer than that. I was able to do all of my hardwoods and I still have water left in the tank. I feel that it did a good job steam cleaning my floors--the pad was filthy when I was finished, but it had been a good while since my floors have been mopped, so I'll probably use it again in a day or two, and I'm interested to see how dirty the pad will be next time. I felt like the vacuum feature did a very good job at picking up the debris and dust off of the floor. I will say that it's not good at picking up debris in corners, but this is to be expected for the type of vacuum it is, and I have no problem going back with a dustbuster or my smaller stick vac to get the corner debris. Overall, I'm thrilled with this product and I hope that it keeps performing to these standards!!

I absolutely loved my Bissell Symphony! I used it everyday like crazy and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had an issue with my machine but I contacted Bissell Customer Care and told them about my problem and they responded very quick and gave excellent service! I would recommend any of their products just based on the fact that if anything goes wrong they got your back :D...and they don't make you feel like you've done something wrong like other companies tend to do. Thank you Bissell customer care, you are awesome!!

We had a Dyson vacuum for five years but when we moved to our home with no carpet it became useless. But my Symphony is just perfect. I've always struggled with the floors, tried swifter, bona etc and they just didn't cut it. I hate wiping something off the floor and seeing it dirty. Plus, my kids feet were dirty even though they were just indoors. So when I started using this, I wiped some spilt water off the floor, and the paper towel was still clean!! I am so happy I got this. And I recommend everyone to get it. I also feel confident when my baby crawls on the floor, it's clean.
