Vacuum and Steam Mop Combo

Have used this product for several months and am, for the most part, happy. The proeduct seems durable and up to the job. The vacuum feature is good but not great. You still have to sweep up certian debris as not all of it is collected by this cleaner. Also, do not let your pad get so saturated with dirt and debris that it is only pushing around the dirt and debris and not absorbing it. I have to use two sometimes three clean pads to finish my hard wooden kitchen floor. But throw them into the washing machine when you are finished cleaning and they will emerge almost as good as new. Thank you.

I have used this the Symphony and it works absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. I have 6 kids and it is very important to have a clean house and clean floors. It cleans better than any other product i have used and the best part to me is that it doesn't have harsh chemicals and you don't have to buy all these add ons. You just need water. My youngest daughter thought it was a good idea to draw on the hard wood floors with a permit marker and I used the Symphony not thinking it was going to work and lifted the pen marks completely off. I highly recommend the Symphony you will not regret it. Highly highly highly recommend it:)

I have two messy boys and the Symphony is awesome! I vacuum and steam the floor in minutes after meals, so I have more free time for the important things in life. My first Bissel vacuum is eighteen years old and still a gem! I will never buy another brand!

I owned 3 Bissel products before, all great products. After moving to an apartment with hard wood floors and granite tiles wanted to purchase a steam cleaner and saw a commercial about Symphony. Symphony is a revolution in cleaning. Powerful vacuum cleaner picks up all the dust and the steam cleans the hard wood floor, granite and marble at the same time very efficiently. Symphony also has a powerful suction on rugs and carpet. If you have hard wood floors, granite or marble floors, this is a must have product. I love the fact that a deep cleaning done without chemicals. Symphony is simply the best on the market.

I love this machine! Since getting it, I vacuum AND steam almost every single day. I'm very lazy, so, that's great for me. I read reviews before purchasing this and I read that it doesn't work for very tough jobs. I definitely agree with that, and it's not very good on carpet, but luckily, I don't have a lot of carpet. I still love it, especially since I knew that it was not that powerful before I bought it. It's pretty light weight, works well on hardwood, and I really enjoy using it. It's also my favorite color!!! < 3 The price is very reasonable, as well.

Used vacuum with glide on rugs first (the instructions; do not have guidance for rug/glide) no mop attached? Bits of grass/leaf/threads still on rug (went over trice?). Then sep uo steam mop Did half of Living room 14x18, blemishes and striations; some small trash. On second half swept up loose materials first; blemishes and striations seems to be the norm> loose materials okay. Maybe I Need New Floor? No I don't expect scratches to disappear. Would recommend, good hand and wrist support, especially on rug vacuuming!

I bought this vacuum shortly after we bought our new home that was hardwood floors with a few area rugs. Got tired of having two pieces of equipment and loved that the symphony could do the job of both the vacuum and the steam mop. But after a year of struggling to get this thing to clean my floors I finally jumped back into the "Water" and took the competition out of its retirement! Anyone here want a gently used symphony? I wish I could get a refund!!!
