[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this vacuum for less than a month and so far I am pleased with how well it works on both carpets and wood flooring and especially love the steam option to clean the wood floors. Instead of buying their solution, I use distilled water and a couple of drops lavender oil mixed in and it seems to perform well and leave a nice scent. The handling of this vacuum seems lightweight and sturdy, if only it was cordless, then this would be the ultimate machine. It's definitely not as powerful or deep-cleaning as a Shark or Dyson, but it does the job for light carpet and non-carpet flooring.

Not worth the money

I was really excited to buy this because my bathroom floor is always covered with hair. I've used it twice now, and all it does is get the floor wet and push the dirt/hair around. I even vacuumed with a regular vacuum first, and same result. I should have just stuck with the old school swiffer-wet....it does the exact same thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Symphony 1132 model 5 years ago and 1 month ago it broke so since I liked it a lot I purchased another one . It works great on my tile and also hardwood floors for just vacuuming and steaming my Italian tile floors, the only problem I would say they need to fix is the handle part that you squeeze for the steamer to work needs to be beefed up a little more so that the mechanism that hits the steamer switch is more durable , this is the reason I had to replace with a new one. I totally enjoy using it and works very well, thank you.

I have two kids at home a three-year-old and a two-year-old they make a lot of messages during dinner and this product picks it up like magic alfredo sauce, ketchup on the floor no big deal anything you throw at the steamer/ vacuum its amazing if I could all buy it for my whole family for Christmas I recommend this to everybody who has kids or pets

I have 2 German Shepherds, 3 cats, and 3 grandchildren so the steam cleaner is so easy and definitely my favorite! I vacuum and steam twice a week. Having this has cut my cleaning time in half! Yay! More time with the grandkids!!

The vacuum has great suction, the steam mop works great! It's very light and easy to use. Easy to empty and fill. My floors have never been cleaner!!! I will use this everyday with my 2 messy dogs!
