I absolutely LOVE this machine. You can vacuum and mop at the same time. It saves me a bunch of time, which I have so little of anyway. No dirty water buckets or mops. This machine was well thought out and engineered. It's simple to put together and use. It's lightweight so it's easy to handle. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Just LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of vacuuming and mopping at the same time sounded good, so we bought this machine to save time on cleaning. This machine is very heavy for me, because It's not sliding on the floor. Also it is very stiff and not twisting and turning easily. Only works properly iby pushing it forward, if the lose dirt gets wet first then the dirt is just pushed around on the floor. We are returning it.

Thanks for the feedback, Nandor - if you still have the mop, try steaming the pad first before pushing on your hard floors, it should make moving the steam mop easier as the pad is now wet. Hope this helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of BISSELL design and the steam mop follows that great design with easy access, power and weight distribution. The steam mop also has a powerful vacuum feature that pulls an excess water and dirt, hair and small debris. What a perfect add to a steam mop. Our hard wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, entry way and family room are looking great after holiday parties, pets and teenagers. The weight with water is not so heavy it is difficult to use. It is very maneuverable and the recommended demineralized scented cleaner gives the room a nice but not overwhelming smell.

I have hardwood floors which are a pain to keep shiny and clean looking. Eliminating the need to run a vacuum first before mopping is a time and labor saver. I read that some owners had streaks on the their wood floors.....I noticed streaks at first too, but when I released a larger amount of water via the trigger under the handle, they went away. I have a large kitchen and dining area and still had water available in the reservoir. I love this model!

We make them nice and new again. I like this product for my own home. It is lightweight, convenient, and does well enough. Not great for tough jobs. But I like it for my own house.

I like the product but was exhausted the first time I used it to vacuum and steam. As the mop got wetter it was harder and harder to push it. I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, which is one of the reasons I bought it. I need to change the pad more often, but can't find them online. Makes no sense to not have replacement parts readily available. I do like the fact that I can easily run the vacuum alone from the bare floors to the area rugs. Makes cleaning easy.
