At first it WOULD NOT heat up!! I tried several different outlets in my home. The light just kept flashing, never showing that it was ready for use!! I was positive that what I received was a lemon! After several attempts it finally worked!! I had a hard time adjusting to the just how it works and how to manage the machine. Other than that, it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This vacuum saved me so much time!! I used to vacuum the house and then go back and mop. I did both at once and it was so easy. The vacuum is really powerful and the steam cleaner left my floors so clean. Very easy to use too.

Recently purchased a new home with travertine floors, and was apprehensive about a cleaning solution to keep ahead of the mess from our two large dogs without damaging the stone. My father suggested a steam mop, and the symphony came through with flying colors! Easily takes care of hair, dirt and grime on over 2000 sqft of floor. My floors look great!

I cannot believe how wonderful this steam cleaner is!! I let my brother stay at my condo while I traveled. Needless to say when I returned it was not in the shape I left it. Spilled drinks on the ceramic tile ( who knows how long they were there ), sticky messes and crumbs. I saw this on a shopping channel and decided to try it. How surprised I was to see that the messes were taken care of in minutes!! I could not ask for a better product! I would recommend this to one and all. It's that good!!!
