[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a German "shedder" - Shepard mix. The fur is everywhere and he is in and out all day making my floors constantly messy. I use it daily to clean the floors (steam and vacuum) and I am totally in love with this product. It is so easy to use and performs just like I had hoped. It can suck up all his thousands of pieces of fur (he sheds as he walks!) and leaves my floors looking and smelling completely clean. I love, love, love this product.

Love that I can vacuum and mop at the same time- seriously- can you believe they thought of that? I'm in love with this machine and I like the smell of the Bissell scented discs. I only use 1/2 for my whole apartment and it's perfect. I always used distilled water from the jug. -you can pick that up at any supermarket or pharmacy. Our water is too hard in Long Island to risk calcification in my beloved machine!

Finally tried my Symphony today.Up and running in 5 minutes. Cleaned laminate flooring and tiles in 2 bathrooms and utility room.All looked clean prior to use yet the mop pad showed black dirt and the container was full of hair and debris(we have 2 dogs).Amazed and pleased with the results and so easy to clean and disassemble for next use.Highly recommend!

This is my first Vacuum & Steam mop. I have only had it for 24 hours but I absolutely LOVE it! I have plank vinyl "wood floors" and a lot of animals (4 cats, 4 dogs & a parrot) plus 3 kids. This vacuum & steam mop does a great job vacuuming up dirt, seeds & pet hair AND does a beautiful job steam cleaning my floors. Thanks Bissell!
