More than expected

Used the Symphony in the combo mode on Lo heat on my kitchen floor. It took off most of the marks and the oil film from cooking. The floor feels good walking on it. It actually feels clean to the my bare feet. Next job is my dining area and I look forward to having the same good results as my kitchen.

I like the combined vacuum and steam mop because the vacuum picks up the dust and other debris (hair, lint, skin dust) and does not spread it around as would happen with only a steam mop. This is a remarkable device and I am always pleased when I finish cleaning our floors. I used for the first time the Swiffer steam pads. What a great idea and easy to use. This is my third Symphony. The first one was exchanged on warranty. The second just quit emitting steam. I liked the product so well that I bought a third. I can only hope it lasts longer than the first two. A strong vacuum. A strong steam mop. A great combination.

Great steam clean and awesome suction. I clean my floors 4 times a week now. It's so fast and easy. It is louder but that because the vacuum is no joke!

Very happy with the Symphony ---- saved my knees! Easy to use on hard floors. Could not believe how well the vac picked up loose dirt and the steam pad cleaned the soiled hard floor exceptionally well. Good job Bissell Shirley

Losing suction

In general, I like this product, but lately it seems that it has lost suction. While I have never actually used the steam feature, I love the vacuum part as I have no carpet, a cat, and long hair myself. The path to the filter seems clear, but is there something else I can do to increase the suction?
