It's perfect for picking up the extra dog food that the dog leaves around the house, the chip crumbs my kid gets on the floor, pet and human hair, and everything else. Received this as a gift because a good friend purchased one and loved it so much that they gifted us with one . Used it once, I repeat ONCE, and the steam won't work . I've tried everything to fix it . I'm so frustrated I ended up crying on my unmopped floor in defeat . So disappointed.

I'm a sceptic of the worst kind. I'm also a bargain shopper, and I hate spending big money for gadgets. Fortunately I have a friend who purchased the Symphony, and like a nice friend, she let me borrow it. I thought, no way this is going to work on my nasty, three kids and one dirty dog, floors. Look, if this works on my kitchen floors, it is sure going to work on yours. I mean, if you are walking around in greasy boots, you may have a problem, but It got off honey that had dried and sticky spots with who knows what stuck in them. Not to mention the oatmeal flakes and golden retriever hair. I doubted before but now I know, I am going to buy one of these!! and soon!!

Since we started using the Pet Symphony (as we call it), my constant cough has diminished significantly. It's not like we kept a dirty house -- it was vacuumed and mopped regularly -- but the steam factor seems to have helped more than we anticipated. Also, it's so quick and easy to use, we don't hesitate. It's easy to take up and down the stairs, easy to fill and use, easy to put away. I am so happy we bought this. Highly recommended.
