[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sooo love this steam mop! Being able to vacuum & mop in one step?! Priceless! I've got 2 cats & 2 dogs so I constantly sweep/vacuum & mop. Now I can do it in one step. Where has this thing been all my life?!

I bought this Bissell Symphony when my Shark Vac then Steam broke after several years use and it is no longer made. The vacuum feature works as along as you go right over the dirt. The suction area is small and the strength of suction is weak. The refuse collecting bin is too small. I have to vacuum a couple of times or use a broom for larger pieces (like lint after folding clothes). I do like and appreciate the steam feature an it does steam as promised. I definitely would not recommend this product to others.

Thank you for your posting. We're sorry to hear your Symphony isn't suctioning to your expectations.
It's a good idea to make sure the filters are clean. Dirty filters can restrict airflow. Make sure the hose is connected properly also. If you pull off the floor nozzle, check for any clogs. I'm so excited to finally find a product that does what it says. It cuts my cleaning time by hours. 3000 sq ft in just over 30 minutes. The floors are not wet and shine like new. The technology of vacuuming and steaming at the same time has made cleaning a breeze. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great light weight floor cleaner for hard wood or porcelain tile. Minor issue is if you have to unplug it to go to another room you have to wait 30 seconds for it to "heat up" even though you were using it less than a minute ago.. Otherwise its a great product.

This device is easy to store, clean, fill with distilled water, and use - everything at my fingertips and it works! We have a long, fine gravel driveway, which find it's into our small home every day, as well as 3 cats. Our pergo floor had become a topic of frustration every time I had to sweep - at least 3 times - before mopping and there was still fur and grit gathered on the mop head! Those days are over, thanks to my new Bissell "vac-steam".

I hate "Infomercials"

I was extremely leery of the claims set forth in the infomercial for the Symphony. I've only had one good experience buying something based on a TV commercial. Until this. My lovely and intelligent spouse made the purchase about a month ago, just as we began preparations for a party. A few of our friends helped us to clean and they were all highly complimentary about it, several saying they were going to get one based on their experience. After I got the chance to try it myself I could only agree. It's easy to use, effective, and makes a dreary chore almost bearable. Hint: vacuum first, with no steam. Then, when mopping, when there are bits of trash that turn up, just hit the vacuum for a second to pick it up. Love it!

It burn out calling to customer and do the troubleshooting and sending out for repair I'm very despointed it with bisell I think not worth it for that price
