I would never bye a Bissell product again.

I own my own cleaning business and saved up for this machine, was so excited when i finally got it. I told everybody about. Boy was i fooled!!! The first time i used it the wheels left marks on the floor, then after a few months it stooped steaming. My husband tore it apart to see what was wrong but could not fix it. The machine it self does not get under counters either. Needless to say i went back to my steam shark and would never waist my hard working money on one of Bissells products nor give a good word about them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I could not be more pleased with this machine, it has certainly exceeded my expectations. I read some reviews saying it was not a well put together appliance as far as just a vacuum, but as stated in the owners manual, for best results, remove the foot pedal (steaming pad) when intending on using as vac only and truly this was worth the money. It's fantastic in all functions. My only disappointment was how long it took to receive it, there was delay but the anticipation was well worth it in the end!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new Bissell steamer cleaner on all my tile floors and was very happy with the results......it is a little heavy to push back and forth but I felt that it cleaned much better than my usual wet mop and I didn't have to exert myself as much.

Had big hopes but product did not perform well

I had really hoped that this product would do exactly what it said being able to steam and vacuum at the same time is such a great concept. The product did not last very long and I received a remanufactured model and replacement and that one also broke. I then received another remanufactured model and that one also has stopped working. The spray trigger would stop working on all three units. Too bad it didn't work correctly it's a good idea but the product did not perform correctly.
