Buying a 2nd Pet Symphony for fear that Bissell will stop making them. If you have pets and hardwood floors this machine is a must. It does it all at one time. I love to walk barefoot around the house and this machine keeps ours floors super clean with no dirt, dust or pet hair. Thank you Bissell for solving a long-standing problem. I love my dogs just a little bit more now that it is so easy to clean-up after them.

I love this! I do not have pets but have children, this picks up all the sand, dirt, and crumbs they leave behind. I love that I can vaccum and mop at the same time. Its so easy to use and gets the job done fast. The steam gets hot and leaves my floors clean. With a crawling baby, I love that I do not have to use chemical to get a good clean. I have been using this daily for about 3 weeks and so far its been amazing!

Time saver! I spent hours sweeping and cleaning up messes after three children and a dog, with the convienent 2 in 1 function of this vacume steam mop I'm now saving valuable time. It's more convenient to break the Symphony out than a broom and dust pan that always leaves crumbs behind.
