[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! I have a Golden Retriever & he sheds like crazy, drools all over the floor, and tracks in pawprints from outside constantly. This cleans up ALL that in one motion. I love it. I would recommend this for anyone, especially if you have messy dogs like I do.

My entire house is tile and would take me hours to sweep and mop, until I came across this mop. I was so thrilled for the first couple of months, now it smells like fish every time I use it. We use filtered water from a home delivery service, run the pad on the sanitize cycle, and most recently soaked the steam head attachment in vinger water. However, it still fills the house with an annoying fish smell.

Love, Love, Love this machine!! With three dogs and a busy home, it is great for my hard surface floors!! Vacuum is awesome with dog hair and crumbs and best of all the floors feel so clean, no residue!! Great investment!!

I bought the Bissell Symphony All-in-one vacuum/steam cleaner last night. Today I STEAM-CLEANED the floors in my entire house, and it was EASY! I don't have carpets and am not a fan of mopping. I also have 2 dogs, a kitten, and a ferret. I needed this machine and am SO glad I found it! Plus I love that I can remove and wash the microfiber cloth (it comes with 2) and just toss it in the wash. It's simply a well thought out, easy to use, great functioning little machine. :-)

I have a big house with a lot of hard wood floor, the steam mop is great, there is no streaking and it dries quickly and gives my floors a wonderful shine to it. HOWEVER the problem I have is that the suction on the vacuum is not really that strong. I hope you guys end up making a Bissell symphony 2 and strengthen the suction and perhaps widen the tube for the suction. While vacuuming a piece of plastic got stuck and I had to take the bottom portion of the device apart with a screw driver to get the piece of plastic out. Otherwise its a pretty good product, and I'm happy with the purchase overall.

Just purchased a Symphony Model 1132C and used it on my ceramic floor tiles for the first time. I used to get on my hands and knees and wash the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen , entrance foyer and bathrooms by hand. It would take me an hour and my knees and back would hurt for days. I am almost 50 years old so I looked into a Steam Mop. Bissell had good reviews on many different sites and I have had a Bissell Vacuum Cleaner for a number of years which has always performed great so I decided on the Bissell Symphony 1132C and you should too. First of all it is a Vacuum as well as a Steam Mop so I did not have to vacuum the floors first like I usually had to. Consequently it took me a third of the time it used to and my ceramic tile has never been cleaner. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Bissell for another great product!
