[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without any wheels or propelling mechanism, the mop is very hard to use with the washable pad. I won't be using those again. The vacuum by itself works well enough and the disposable pads are easier to maneuver. I hope the generic Swiffer pads fit so I'm not special ordering a new pack from this site weekly. The steam works well and doesn't leave a ton of moisture behind, so that is a plus not having the floors super wet. Just be prepared to work at moving the tool across the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is MAGIC! I have 2 very fluffy doodles and its so nice to whip this out since its small/lightweight and does BOTH mop and vacuum. I'm such a fan. Everyone needs this product if they have dogs, kids, or just hardwood floors at all.

I have had this steamer/vac for several years now and just bought another one (for backup) when I saw the price!! This is the most fantastic floor cleaner I have every had! The tile floors feel like silk when I'm done, not exaggerating!! Picks up everything on the floor! I sure hope Bissell is not doing away with it (but, I have my backup!!) :):)
