I have all hardwood floors and a german shepherd husky, as well as 3 kids, so the dog hair and kids keep my floors needing constant cleaning. This makes it so much easier. It is really easy to use and works well. I only put 4 stars because I need a little more heavy duty of a tool, it cleans them and leaves a shine, I just wish there was a scrubbing brush option (not just scrubbing pad). I want bubbles and rotating brushes to clean these bad boys. Second I wish the vacuum portion it didn't require a filter. I'll have to buy one again soon with all of the dog hair that I clean up. Overall it was a good investment and makes cleaning so much easier! Certainly glad I got it.
