Two machines purchased, two failures

I purchased my first machine and used it weekly for a couple of months. Then it stopped holding water and started dumping everywhere. I bought another one. Now, less than four months later, same thing. Water dumping everywhere. I'm defeated. At nearly $200 each, it was an expensive lesson. Very disappointed. We work hard for our money and I really need a product that will not break after a couple of months. The reason I bought a second one is because when it is working properly, it is a nice machine and gives a good clean.

I have 3 dogs, 2 boys, and a husband and this vacuum/steamer has made cleaning the floors SO much quicker and easier. Works great in my home of tile and wood laminate. Just add water and a disposable pad or the cloth pad and you can vacuum and steam at the same time. Suction is great. Steam is quick to heat up. Afterwards I just empty the dirt tank and rinse off the cloth or throw away the disposable pad then roll up the cord. If for some reason this unit doesn't work after some time, I would, without a doubt, get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is terrific. Instead of vacuuming and the mopping with a wet mop that has to be squeezed I just use my new bissel symphony. Such a time saver and it feels cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product. I did not think the vacuum would have the suction that it has but it is powerful! Also the dual action of vacuuming and steaming at the same time...genius! What a great job this does! I give the Symphony a 5 star rating ..However...ordering and follow up is another story. When entering my zip code the web page changed my address. I called, they were closed, I texted never heard back! I e-mailed, never heard back! Not until I called did I get any response and it took me four phone calls, many attempts trying to understand the person on the other end of the line, they sent another one TO THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS...it was a very big hassle to get it all straightened out. I am just happy the machine was worth it in the end.

When I plugged it in it just appeared to come on and the only way I could see to turn the steam functionality off was to unplug. Just a weird UX. Aside from that it's nice and compact, though cord is massive and obstructive. #sweepstakes
