[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two cats and live in small apt, but this cannot do the trick. It spreads the wet cat hair around especially from the front bristles. This vaccuum is the worst I wish I returned it within 30 days rather than trying to learn how to use it better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wasted my money

I am so disappointed. The steamer works fine, but the vacuum part is terrible. One issue is that I can't steam without vacuuming first. If I don't, all the dog hair sticks to the floor and won't come up. My second issue is that the vacuum won't work on carpet. It doesn't get any of the dog hair off the carpet. I have to use the Dyson vacuum to clean now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for the feedback, April - You're right, this machine is designed primarily for hard floors only so carpeted surfaces may still need a traditional vacuum.

It lasted six months something was wrong with the steaming mechanism so sent out another one six months later the same thing happened so now I am at my third unit and let's see the lifespan of this when this dies no more the vacuum works well and the steam works well it just doesn't last very long poor production

We have hard floor in our apartment and after using this product floor started shining It saves alot time while cleaning the house and w are very happy with our purchase
