I loved it for a few months now it's not steaming anymore have used distilled water and cleaned it out completely still will not steam. Still under warranty please help

I'm very happy with this product. It cuts my job in half by combining a vacuum and floor steamer in one machine. It is easier on my back than using a mop and bucket. My floors are clean and streak free. Cleaning my floors is not such a dreaded job anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ngl, i thought it was gonna spread gunk around and not clean thoroughly but i was wrong. it vacuumed up things while steam cleaning the floors and leaving the floors so clean! the dirt cup is soooo easy to clean too. the little handle you push to clean the dirt cup is a game changer! i am beyond happy with my little symph! so worth it :)

The Symphony Pet All-in -One Vacuum and Steam Mop works great on cleaning and disinfecting. Mops don't always work well enough but The Symphony does a remarkable job! Would recommend this product to any pet owner.

Easy to use and clean, question if it is sanitizing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my vinyl floors. I love the vacuum part as it is small and gets under cupboards easily and in between chairs. The steam mop does clean my floor, however I do not see the steam like it was shown in pictures. Other reviewers have commented on this also, they have said as I do that the mop pad does feel hot, however no matter what level of steam I don't see the steam and makes me wonder if it is sanitizing correctly. It says you must prime the steam but it doesn't tell you how. I checked through other purchasers and found out how to do this, so I am priming the unit by pushing the handle off and on several times. Even the windows on the top of the unit don't always show a full window of steam. The dirty basin is fairly easy to clean and it is only dry ingredients, the plunger makes it easy to empty. I really like this for daily cleaning. I would like to know if the way my Symphony operates without visible steam is correct. It is an easy unit to handle.

When we purchased a second one and it leaks water internally like the first one after the warranty expires, then shame on you! A 2 YEAR WARRANTY TIME BOMB PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!!!!
