I would not buy this vacuum again.

I used it 4x befour the steam part quit working . I loved the concept of having the vacuum and steam at the same time. I am very upset about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the steam mop and was impressed with its performance. I really like the fact that you can vacuum and steam clean with one tool by simply pressing a key pad.

I love my Bissell Symphony! I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 3 daughters, and a messy husband. They all track in dirt and shed. The Symphony All-In-One has saved me so much time. It makes my "mama clean", (is what my girls call it) so much easier and faster. And when I just want to spot clean I now just have grab this ONE cleaning tool instead of two or three different things.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved this product. However, my SECOND unit just died. Both of my units started leaking at the bottom after about 6-8 months. I contacted bissell after my second unit quit working and they stated that I already used my one time replacement option. After emailing them back saying I was going to switch to a different company they agreed to replace my unit again! I really feel like for the money this product should last more than 6-8 months. Not happy!
