I've had two Symphony vacuum and steam mops...the first one died after 4 days. Bissell sent me another one after a couple of emails reminding them of their promise to do so. The second one is still going after a month, however...the steam is mediocre, and I can't say much more for the vacuum power. I had high hopes for this combination machine, but I think more work needs to be done in making it more powerful.

I absolutely loved this machine! The reason I gave it 2 stars is because that is about how long it worked. Two years. Then it just stopped working. I feel as though a machine of this nature (clever as it is) should last longer than 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed. We are awaiting our 4th unit from Bissell. First 3 either the steam never worked or worked one time. I feel there is a problem in the eengineeringof this product. The vacuum worked okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! I was on the fence between buying a steam mop and/or a vaccum - low and behold this magical machine. I only have hardwood and tiles, and it is perfect! It's a light machine, easy to use and store.

I received this for CHRISTmas 2013, and used it for the first time right after New Years. I immediately fell in love with this product. I used it on laminate floors in the hallway, and in the dining room. Than tried it on linoleum in the kitchen, It works great on laminate, linoleum, tile in the bathrooms. I already recommended this to my daughters, and daughter-in-law. We are a Bissell family forever.

I bought this product 2 months ago. Have used it on several occasions. It is lightweight, easy to use and cleans great. Love that I can vacuum and steam clean at the same time. Saves time and energy so I can do more important things than clean. We have bamboo and linoleum flooring and have not had any issues. The only thing is that it obviously doesn't get into everywhere that needs to be cleaned but they are few and far between so it's okay. The only drawback is the water resevoir. A bit hard to open the cover and then if I don't use all the water...well, then I chose to dump it rather than it sitting in the tank.
